If you want to exchange a product, you return the product you want to exchange as a regular return, and then you place a new order for the product you want.

Return instructions:

From the time you receive your order, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

In case of canceled purchase, you're responsible for the return shipping. How you send the product back is up to you. You can send the return as a regular letter with stamps or you can send it with traceable shipping. If you need help with how to send the return, we recommend that you go to your post office.

Please include the delivery note ("order confirmation") you received by email in your return. If you aren't able to print out the delivery note, send along a note with your order number in the return. Send the return to:

When we've received and processed the return, we'll credit your order. All returns are normally processed within 15 business days from when we receive the return. You'll receive an email as soon as we've processed your return. If you've chosen Nets as a payment method, the credit will be made through them. This takes 2-5 business days.

NOTE:

If the return shipping hasn't been payed, we charge a fee for our and the delivery agent's extra costs. To be able to make a return, the product can't show any signs of use. If the product comes in a sealed package, the seal can't be broken. SkalHuset reserves the right to charge a fee for any reduction in value and deduct it from the return amount. We also reserve the right not to accept used products in return.
